Before and during your exam.
Use a quiet place, stable connection, a working camera and microphone, and the registered account assigned to you. Blank paper and a pen are permitted for calculations. Calculators, AI chatbots, LLM assistance and help from other people are prohibited unless the organizer explicitly approves an applicable accommodation.
Do not capture, record, redistribute or copy protected questions or answers. Pasting code into the coding editor is permitted; pasting outside it and copying protected exam content are blocked where the browser allows. An allowed paste is not by itself misconduct. Any external coding trial must still comply with the exam rules.
One attempt is allowed per authorization. Refresh or reconnection resumes that same session with the existing deadline. A new technical retake requires a separate administrative authorization and recorded reason.
What supervision records.
The exam records an initial participant photo and further photos approximately every 30 seconds, audio segments, device/interruption information, consent and relevant activity events. It does not record a continuous camera video. Failed uploads may wait temporarily on your device and synchronize after reconnection.
A normal browser cannot reliably block every operating-system or phone screenshot or screen recording, identify all running apps, or determine the destination of every tab switch. Keyboard and visibility events are signals with limitations. A hidden exam screen or a shortcut record is not proof that a screenshot file exists.
Access to stored supervision evidence is restricted to authorized administrators. This release has no scheduled automatic deletion of server recordings. Read the current retention and provider details in the Privacy Policy and contact us about the arrangement for your event.
Privacy & data handlingContext matters in a review.
Reviewers distinguish technical interruption, permitted editor actions, unconfirmed integrity signals and substantiated violations. They should compare timestamps and available photos, audio, saved answers and participant explanations. Missing evidence must not be described as proof of a prohibited action.
Possible decisions include approval, a documented score deduction for a substantiated non-screenshot violation, or rejection/disqualification under the applicable rules. The reason is shown to the participant. A certificate can be withheld or revoked while a corrected result awaits review. You can submit a result appeal in your dashboard.
During a service incident, affected participants receive a scoped announcement. An authorized operator can add time to an eligible active exam, with its previous and new deadlines logged. Completed, expired and disqualified sessions are not reopened by this tool.
Ask for help or challenge a decision.
Use Exam support for device, access or connection problems; Result appeals to dispute a score or supervision decision; and Accommodations for an adjustment needed before starting. Describe your situation without attaching unnecessary medical or identity documents.
For access, correction, deletion, consent or other privacy requests, contact contact@data-sorcerers.com. Include the registered email, event and issue; never send passwords or exam codes. Withdrawal of recording consent stops supervision and requires ending the exam; contact the organizer to discuss any applicable alternative.
